My lab is offering a sale on their enlargements for a couple weeks, so I figured I would pass the savings on to you! Any prints 16×20 or larger are 40% off until February 10, 2010. To take advantage, go to our PhotoCart site, and once you’ve placed your order enter the coupon code “40off”. If your photos aren’t available online any more, or if you have questions, send me an email and I’ll take care of it!
Alice and her mom Mandie came in as part of my baby marathon, but we did something a little different for their session. Take a look and let me know what you think by leaving a comment below!

So as some of you know, I’m currently on the mainland working for the Olympics. Since I’ll be gone until the end of March, I had a marathon of baby sessions just before I left. Two of the families that came in are actually related, so I’ll post their images together! Here’s newborn Brody with his parents Crystal and Travis (if you read my blog more than once a year you’ll know them, they’ve had TONS of photos taken).
And then we have four month old Wyatt, his brother Ryley and their mom Victoria.
On Monday I finally met up with Crystal for her second maternity session. I’ve totally lost track of how many times I’ve shot Crystal and her family in the last few years, but between them I’m sure it’s been A LOT. Her sister Brittany is also pregnant, so we took some photos with them together. Her first son Owen was there too, and actually a lot more cooperative than he normally is, he usually cries and pouts when I show up!
I’ve probably been the world’s worst blogger lately, and I feel terrible! I’m going to try to turn over a new leaf in the new year though, and there’s some changes around here that will hopefully make that easier.
First off, I’ve teamed up with a great company that is going to be doing most of my editing for me. A few months ago I realized that I was so frustrated and angry at that part of my job that it just wasn’t working for me. If I wanted to hate my boss I wouldn’t work for myself! So after lots of research I found a company that was a good fit and I’ve been super happy with their work.
I’ve also revised my packages. All my wedding packages now include all digital negatives, as this was something that most of my clients said was important to them. Portrait packages also include them, albeit in a slightly different manner. I’m only taking on a small number of weddings for 2010, so if you’re getting married this year and still need a photographer, get in touch with me ASAP.
So happy new year, and I leave you with these photos of some local surfers I took yesterday on my way home…
