More album samples

I got some new albums in the other day, some for me and some for a client. Yolaunda and Nathan got married at Mt Washington at New Years last year, and I’m totally in love with their album design.

There’s the leatherette 10×10 feature album (for Yolaunda and Nathan), an 8×8 parents copy (a studio sample), two 6×6 parents copies (again, for them), a whole bunch of 4×4 pocket book copies (for everyone) and a calendar (a freebie for the couple). First up I’ll show you the calendar. This is just a basic freebie that comes with all my basic album orders (and parent book orders too). There’s two months per page, so 7 pictures all together. The paper has a nice texture to it too, it’s quite a nice little bonus for ordering from this company.

Next up is the feature album. This is a 10×10 basic flush mount album with 24 spreads. As you can see, we opted for the photo and names on the front cover. A similar album would retail for $1,175.

Next up are the parent books. There are two sizes, but the binding and other construction are identical. They have a black linen hard cover, with a metallic photo dust cover and the designs are an exact duplicate of the main album. The pages are regilar paper, where the feature is photo paper, but they are bound in a similar way, so they have no image loss at the center, just like the flush mount albums. They come as a set of one 8×8, two 6x6s or four 4x4s for $485.

Comparing the two sizes, 8×8 and 6×6.

Next up are the pocket books. These little guys are so freaking cute! They’re fairly stiff metallic covers, again with the duplicate design inside. The pages are paper, similar to my coffee table books, and again bound in a a way that allows images to cross the gutter with no loss. There are some stickes visible, but they aren’t too distracting. The covers are about half way between a floppy soft cover and a hard cover. They are available as a set of eight for $290.

Last but not least, a couple more comparisons of all the albums together! Once again, a leatherette 10×10 basic flush mount, 8×8 parents book, 6×6 parents book, and a 4×4 pocket book.

If any of my past clients, wedding or portrait, would like to have an album designed for them, please let me know and I’ll bring out your pictures! These albums can also be added on for current clients, and even people who’s photos I didn’t take. If you or someone you know has files or negatives they would like to turn into an album, it can all be done!
